As the CFO of Buybudgetnow.com Matthias ( Matt ) Parsley is both diligent and committed to the profession of customer service. He joined Budget in 2011 after 9 years as the managing partner in Payless Car Sales, Columbia, SC. Matt has 38 plus years of experience in automotive dealerships with most being in Pre-Owned.
He is married to Irina Parsley a Environmental Laboratory Chemist, BS in Chemistry. He has four children, one Teacher, BA in Education UA , two college students and a elementary student.  Â
